Our fleet of comfortable, fully equipped holiday boats offers a charming way to explore the East Midlands’ beautiful canals at your own pace. Each of our holiday boats have separate bedroom areas, double or single beds to suit your party, one or two bathrooms, a full kitchenette and a cosy living area. Our holiday boats are perfect for romantic escapes, family adventures, or group getaways.

We maintain our holiday boats to the highest standard, and we provide you with all the tools you need for the trip of a lifetime. We love beginners! Full training is provided, so no experience is required, and we never charge for fuel.

Yes, all Union Wharf holiday boats are equipped with central heating throughout, meaning you can enjoy one of our narrowboat holidays year-round.

Autumn and Winter are often favourites for regular narrowboaters because the canals are much quieter and more peaceful, the colours are incredible, and there’s a greater chance of spotting wildlife like swans, herons and kingfishers.
